I would like to add information about the delivery of the SIM card. 

I live in a hostel room number 3.16/4

If this simcard is already underway, then we have no way of changing the delivery information for that. When did you order this card?

Hi! Yes, I received a SIM card, but other questions and troubles have already arisen.
