So basically I ordered iphone 14 pro max and paid for it using Klarna. I paid the initial one time fee for it and Klarna went on timeout. I didn’t received any confirmation of my payment, so I called the hotline and they said your order was rejected and your payment is not done, or maybe it is done and you will get a refund in one week. I also contacted my bank just to confirm if the transaction was successful and they said yes it is for sure sent to the Telefonica Company. Now, its been 3 weeks and I still did not got my refund. I contact the hotline and they say they cannot do anything. I tried emailing Impressum@cc.o2online.de describing my whole situation and even attached the proof of payment but they don’t even reply. Does that mean I am scammed for 185,66 Euros? Its a huge company with poor handling of financial stuff. I do not even know what to do now. Help me out please !
