Hello o2

I have  Ordered my phone through o2 and i received the package but inside the package there was no mobile phone inside the package. And when i contacted o2 they said that they’d send me some affidavit through post but i havent got the affidavit till now and it was said i should re send the package within 7days. On 29th its the last day for me to send them.
