I have got billed 24,99 € monthly even I canceled my tarif


Hi;

I bought iphone 12 pro max in 2nd of August without tarif.

Then I bought a tarif as an extra (not in contract) but I canceled the tarif immediately.

 

Today, while I was checking my bank documents, I realize that O2 still billing me 24,99€ / monthly for that tarif as well.

 

How can I solve it as soon as possible?

Kd-Nr: XXXXX

 

Can I cancel it regardless?

Is it possible to get those paid money back?

If I understand you correctly, you like to cancel your tariff “o2 Free S Flex (o2 You)”. 

At the moment, we do not have any cancellation for it. As you have a monthly cancellation-possibility, just send us a cancellation. Just read the instructions for a cancellation here:

Have you called the Hotline between 10 days after you have "Kündigung vormerken" in the o2 app? At this way to cancelling the contract you must call the 040 (Hamburg) Number ...

You also signed the new contract in August? And how did you conclude the contract - online or in an o2 shop?
I understand that you wanted to cancel the new contract, is that correct?

Yes I signed contract in August in o2 shop. I tried to buy online but it declined.

Yes I want to cancel my o2 tariff contract.
