Hello dear O2 service,

I want my automatic payment on 15th to be cancelled permanently before it is 15th. I am no longer using this prepaid phone line so I dont want to pay that. I am not able to do this on the website due to some unresolved issue that no one could help me with (because i couldnt sign in and respond to their help offers, so i moved on to another service)

Please, please take care of it without asking for more confirmation (like are you sure, can we help you etc) and that will solve all of my problems :grinning: Because I have a lot of trouble just signing in to this website. And delete my account and information all together if that is possible.

since your account here is not connected to a prepaid card, more questions and confirmations are necessary, I’m afraid.

Without that, we have no Idea what number we’re talking about or if we’re even allowed to make changes.
