I can't purchase o2 my Prepaid S after cancelling o2 my Prepaid M


Dear support team,

 

I'm on a prepaid card and have been using it for a long time. Today when I unsubscribed o2 my Prepaid M and tried to buy  o2 my Prepaid S, it kept showing error message “ Your order could not be carried out. Please try again later or contact our prepaid customer service. ” 

 

Could anyone help? Thanks in advance.

You have other options to book the pack.

Have you already tried the code * 104 #? Select Pack buchen and check the smartphone packages.

 

Or a SMS with START o2myPrepaidS to the number 5667.
If it doesn't work, try again tomorrow and then contact the o2 customer service chat (o2 Kundenservice-Chat) for further help: www.o2.de/chat

 

Help from an o2 worker here will probably only be available in 1 or 2 weeks.

Have you checked how long your credit is still valid?

(Try *102# and then press the green (dialing) button or check it in Mein o2)

Thanks. Yes it’s still valid. I still get €19 in the balance. What should I do?
