I'm on a prepaid card and have been using it for a long time. Today when I unsubscribed o2 my Prepaid M and tried to buy o2 my Prepaid S, it kept showing error message “ Your order could not be carried out. Please try again later or contact our prepaid customer service. ”
Could anyone help? Thanks in advance.
