I accidently applied for a plan


Hi Team,

I accidently applied to a data plan for almost 10 euros per week. I need to cancel it but do not see the refund option. Would it be possible to get the refund? I wanted to buy the o2 L plan that cost the same amount but accidently clicked on the wrong button :(

Do you own a prepaid card or is this about a contract?

If you applied for a whole contract with a monthly run-time you should withdraw from it. The easiest way is to use the e-Mail Adress you can find in the contract confirmation or you can check this FAQ article:

If it’s about a prepaid card and a booked data option you’d like to swap, i’d be happy to look into it and see if we can do something about it 😊
