Hi lovely people,

I purchased an O2 contract with a smartphone on 23.12.2019 which will expire on 22.12.2021. I don’t want to extend the contract as I'm not going back to Germany.  How can I terminate the contract? I sent them email but haven’t received any feedback yet. Please help me guide on how to terminate the contract. Thanks in advance!
