How to get all the previous invoices?

Hi,

I used O2 DSL for 6-7 Months and ended my contract in Mid of 2019. For the Tax declaration of 2019 I need all the invoices that I paid, however I cannot login with my previous credentials, it says User Doesn’t Exist and I cannot reset password.

How can I get all my paid invoices?

Please let me know.

Du kannst dich für maximal 3 Monate nach Vertragsende noch online einloggen und dir die Rechnungskopien downloaden. Darüber hinaus ist ein Versand kostenpflichtig, jede Rechnungskopie kostet 2 EUR, ab 8-12 kostet es pauschal 14,99 EUR. 

Damit ich weiß, um welchen Vertrag es geht, sende uns bitte eine PN an @o2_Support deine Kundennummer, deine persönliche Kundenkennzahl, dein Einverständnis zur Berechnung und deine aktuelle Adresse, damit wir dir auch die Rechnungskopien zusenden können.

Hello Members ,

I bought mobile device from O2 store in june 2022. I would like to download the Invoice for this purchase from Meine O2 app and O2 website but i was not able find any invoice details for my handy. 

How to get the invoice from O2 ?

Have you also logged in online with your o2 my Handy contract or can you also see the installment plan in general?
If not - please register once with your o2 my Handy contract number to be able to view and download the bill. Please give us your feedback here 🤗
