Hello O2,
I have got my homespot and the sim is not activated. I have been calling them for many days to avail no further help. Online I am not able to activate as its giving me some error. They say it’s easy to connect and use, trust me its not. I feel in O2 helpline living in 21st century no one speaks english.
Every time i call they just transfer me from one department to the other.
If anyone has the same issue i will be happy to hear how they solved it.
