My normal monthly bill is 22.99. but in the month of august 2022, an amount of 32.43 was debited from my bank account. Upon checking the details in the invoice, I got to know that I was subscribed for some Gymondo Fitness for a monthly rate of around 7.5 euros.
My concern is that I have not signed up for anything like this like. I didn't even know the name of this Gymondo Fitness platform. Then how come it shows up in my Online O2 account, and why do I have to pay for something for which I have not signed. ?
I am a very old o2 customer. I have been using o2 for many years. I am very disappointed by this behavior. This is highly unprofessional.
Could you please explain to me why did this happen to me?
