Forgot to add reference number during bank transfer


Hi, 

I have transferred €15 to the designated bank account for prepaid topup. But I forgot to add the reference no. in the remarks. Instead, I mentioned my phone number in the remark. The amount is not credited yet. None of the customer support numbers for prepaid customers are English speaking. Is there any email id or English speaking number where they serve prepaid customers. I have tried 089666630081 but they are saying that they serve postpaid customers only.

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

You phone number has been good, only it needed the add-on of the check number, which you can get by sending a free SMS to 56656 with Bank.

If your transfer cannot be assigned, an automatic retransfer will happen 🙂
