Fehler bei der Identifizierung

Hello, I have been trying to activate my SIM card for some time now.

At the beginning I had the option for Online verification, but my name was not correctly spelled and I had to try again. After a couple of tries, the online option disappeared and there was only the PostIdent option. I also tried that option, I printed the PostIdent paper, but I am from Ecuador and my country was not accepted for the verification at the Post office. Now, I try again to do the identity verification and the following message appears:

“Fehler bei der Identifizierung

Momentan steht leider die Identifizierung nicht zur Verfügung. Versuchen Sie es bitte später erneut.”

 

I tried again and again, and nothing changes. So, I want to know. What should I do to identify myself and have my SIM card activated?

Welcome to our o2 Community. I am sorry that there were some problems with the legitimation.

The fastest solution would be to make the whole order again from the beginning with your real name without any typos, then nothing should stand in the way of legitamtion.
