Extraordinary contract cancellation

Hello.

since August I have been writing and sending letters to O2 to cancel my contract. Since I moved to Italy and I do no longer live in Germany, I already sent all the documents by e-mail, I didn’t receive any answer. I also called O2 and sent a fax today. What am I supposed to do in order to end my contract?

Could I have a confirmation? Could I know when it will ends?
