Hello, I tried to cancel my contract as I moved to the UK from Germany since August. I have attached all necessary document that I have, which are; My Visa page, House contract, residence permit, letter from school. I was unable to deregister my address in Germany before leaving as it requires an appoint and did not get an earlier date. Kindly fix.

This is a requirement if you want to terminate the contract early. It can be done by post. You should contact the registration office at the local council for the place where you lived Their website may have a form you can download.
Not deregistering can also cause problems later on.
You can't cancel without deregister document.

The Abmeldebestätigung, as already mentioned, is of utmost importance to cancel a contract to an earlier time. As soon as we have all necessary documents your cancelation will be processed as soon as possible :-)
