Hallo, 

 

I fallow the steps for eSIM activation and now I got message that is failed. 

How to proceed? can anyone help? 

When I checked to data on my Iphone I can see O2 up there and active but there is no signal no calls and on the web page meine O2, I see a message that says activate your esim. When I click on the lick it says there is a technical issue.

Did you manage to activate your eSIM or can we still assist you? In case the SIM isn’t active right now I can send you a private message (to ask for customer data) to be able to activate your eSIM.
