[English] I can't change subscription?

I moved to Germany for one year and there my cell broke, so i bought a new one with 20GB (5€) and a 32.50€ down payment on my phone. Now that i no longer live in Germany, i would like to change so that i don't have to pay for a subscription of the data plan or calling & texting fees because i really need to switch to one of the Norwegian data plans. I have Dual Sim so this should work fine. But it would be too expensive for me to pay 50€ a month and at the same time pay for a data plan in Norway.

So the Question,

Is there a way so i only pay for the downpayment for my phone? 

And i don't know German that well so try to reply in English.

If you have left Germany permanently and deregistered with the local authorities you can cancel the mobile contract early by paying just 3 months as a penalty:

@bs0 gave you already the correct form. Just fill it out and sent it back to us with the requested documents. 

By the way, you can also use your o2-contract in all European countries until the deactivation. With the package “Roaming Basic” you do not pay additional costs.
