The sim card contract has been terminated and will be in effect from January 3rd 2022 or so, can you please confirm the early direct debit for the Ipad and Iphone. As the bank account will be terminated soon.

do you still have your German bank account?
Did you request early payment via the My o2 app for both devices?
In the case of early contract termination of an "o2 My Handy" contract, the remaining amount can be paid either by direct debit or by bank transfer.
It is important to note that the remaining amount is paid using the payment method that was set up at the time the contract was terminated.
If you have your handyrates debited from your account, the payment of the remaining amount will also be made by direct debit. If you prefer to transfer the remaining amount yourself, you can of course revoke the direct debit authorisation at any time before the contract is terminated prematurely.
