I bought an Iphone from O2 with installments. In O2 app, I accidentally pressed early termination button and I didn't even know it was meant that -I don't know German unfortunately-. Then I got a letter from O2 and learned that they're going to get rest of the money at once. I want to cancel this because I didn't want this. Is there any way to reverse it and get back to installments again? And I couldn't reach to anyone because you don't have English support. Thank you.
