question about early termination of phone contract


Hello,

I bought an Iphone from O2 with installments. In O2 app, I accidentally pressed early termination button and I didn’t even know it was meant that -I don’t know German unfortunately-. Then I got a letter from O2 and learned that they’re going to get rest of the money at once. I want to cancel this because I didn’t want this. Is there any way to reverse it and get back to installments again? And I couldn’t reach to anyone because you dont have English support. Thank you.

Unfortunately the cancellation of your installment plan is fixed. You had the chance to cancel the termination within 48 hours after the click was made. By now you just can ask for paying the complete amount in installments of but you will have to contact our customer service for this. The monthly installment plan can’t be reactivated.

By now you just can ask for paying the complete amount in installments of but you will have to contact our customer service for this. The monthly installment plan can’t be reactivated.

hello thanks for the answer. can i ask by paying the complete amount in installments it in your stores? or in customer service is there any english option? thank you.

You will need to speak to the billing department. A shop cannot help you with this. Maybe you can ask a friend who speaks German to call on your behalf?

did you already manage to call our billing department as @bs0 suggested to you?
