Hi,
I hope you are doing great and in good health.
My order was initiated on 20th of February and its also visible on DHL but so far its not delivered, it doesn’t take that much time usually.
Is there any way to check because DHL website says Shipment was prepared for onward transport but no update so far after that.

DHL as the company responsible for the shipment will have the current information for your package, so if they are currently listing it as being prepared for further transport, then I’d assume that this is the case.

Thank you so much for your kind response, I agree but the problem is DHL not changing status after that its stuck on this status from last 2 days and it never happened before as in Germany they Deliver in max 2 days but now its more than that so I checked with DHL they said only sender can investigate about the status please ask O2 to check with DHL.

Can you please help me out?

I hope you guys are doing great and in good health.
I ordered AirPods and DHL updated the status on 20th of February and after that my order is stuck on this status no further updates, it never happens before as I order my Apple Watch via o2 and I am using DHL for many other services so in Germany they delivery max in 2 days but this time its stuck so I am worried that something is wrong.
Can you guys please help me out as they are not replying to me, the said that only o2 can inquire about it as they are the senders. This is the response I got from them:

Did not receive my order | O₂ Community (o2online.de)


I am not getting any response on this above thread other than 1 response which is not the proper response. 


DHL is not replying to me as they are saying that sender should investigate not you.


Hello @WaqarAhmad ,

you’ve ordered on the 20th, it is not out of the ordinary for a package to take between 3 to 5 days to arrive. At this point in time I don’t see the need for anything but some patience with the delivery itself. In the future please refrain form opening up multiple threads for the same topic.
