Hi, could you please delete all the accounts (prepaid contract + community) and personal data associated with this email address? I don’t use the sim card anymore. I don’t have use for any of my accounts.

The email address and the associated community account can be deleted by an o2 employee.
You can cancel the prepaid card there:

Hey @o2_Flo, I don’t have more question. I just want my accounts to be deleted permanently. I mean both:
1. this community account
2. the main account (if it is different from 1)

we can get both of those things done, it’ll just take a bit of time. Once this has happened you won’t have access to writing in the community anymore, but you’ll still be able to read. So once I know that the deletion has happened, I’ll be posting here again, so just keep an eye on here.
