Dear Mr / Mrs,

I have sent “o2_prepaid_guthabenausverbindungen” document to the mentioned address. I would like to know the status of my contract termination as my phone shows “no service” for the SIM card. If it is already terminated can I take my number to another provider now or how long will it take? Also, how many days will it take to transfer my remaining credit balance?

The document you mentioned is for obtaining a refund for prepaid cards yoiu no longer wish to use, not for terminating contracts. Do you have a prepaid card or a mobile contract?

I requested the termination of my contract. Also, I would like to take my o2 number to another provider.


You posted in the contract section.

It can take a few weeks to refund your credit balance. You will need to submit a request to your new provider to have the number ported.

However, I requested my new provider to take my number from O2 then I got this reply “Your previous mobile operator has informed us that he has not yet received a declaration of consent for premature number porting (opt-in) from you.” 

 

I would like to know how to request number porting?
