I have a prepaid card.
I requested the termination of my contract. Also, I would like to take my o2 number to another provider.

It can take a few weeks to refund your credit balance. You will need to submit a request to your new provider to have the number ported.

However, I requested my new provider to take my number from O2 then I got this reply “Your previous mobile operator has informed us that he has not yet received a declaration of consent for premature number porting (opt-in) from you.”
I would like to know how to request number porting?
