Contract termination

Greetings,

When I signed the 24-month contract, I was told I could cancel it if I left Germany.

And I completed a termination closure but received no feedback.

Furthermore, if the contract is not terminated, please resolve this issue because I am no longer in Germany or Europe and cannot continue to pay the tarrif each month. Also By the end of September, I had returned to my hometown.
