Two months ago I started a contract with O2 for Internet data, but I want to cancel now because it is too expensive for me, can I cancel my contract before the 24 months even if I need to pay a fine?

May I ask why you are so dissatisfied with your contract?
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to terminate the contract early. As soon as you are out of the 14-day cancellation period, you are bound by the contractual agreements.
