Since yesterday, 1 pm, my "O2 my Home M" is not working. I checked on the website https://www.o2online.de/netz/netzstoerung/, and it says that in my location (48149) Eine Basisstation in der Nähe meldet Einschränkungen.
Is there a chance to call a customer care number and talk with someone in plain English or a live chat or an email where I can send my complaints/signalling that here it's more than 24 hours that we are living in the stone age?
