Hello,
I have currently a prepaid O2 Loop Tariff which gives me a list of LTE data plans to choose from. However, even after O2 offer 5G on prepaid plans, I cannot see those options in the list of data plans offered to me on the MyO2 page. How can I keep my current O2 sim card and have access to the 5G plans?

It is understandable that you would like to switch to 5G. Is your smartphone 5G-capable? Then the switch itself should work with the next pack booking.

Yes, it's 5G-capable and I have already found the right pack. I had to open the package details to see the 5G information.
