change Sim card owner

I would also like to proceed with the ownership transfer of my O2 account. I am using the sim and the account from the beginning although it contains the personal data of my friend who helped me get the sim in the beginning. Please help me with how to proceed.

we have a specific form for the ownership transfer. Unfortunately it’s only available in german, but if you’re struggling with the translation, just tell us so we can assist you.

You just have received an e-mail with the process of a change of ownership. I took the e-mail that is here in your community-profile. I hope that´s fine. In case that you do not get it, please find the form also here. Unfortunately, everything is in German language. I hope you cope with it. 

After you have given all details concerning the new owner, you need to identify the new owner with post-identification.

For a change of ownership you have to fill in the following form and send it to the address indicated: Click.
The form is in German. If anything is unclear or you need help with it, please let us know here.

Hi,

i just bought a sim card for 15 euro. But when i downloaded the app and tried to do the registration i found the name, email id and address already filled in the app it shows 15gb data available as well. I changed the address but i want to change the email id and transfer the ownership to my name. 
 

What should i do ?

have you maybe activated a different card before and it still has saved data from back then, or was the name given when originally purchasing the card different to yours?

Does this mean that your phone number is already stored under your name with SIM.de?

If that is already the case, I'll provide you with a link to an article that covers everything about the topic of number portability.

If the phone number at SIM.de is still registered under your friend's name, it would need to be transferred to you first.

It would also work if your friend subscribes to a prepaid plan with O2, transfers the number, and then changes the owner to your name. It is important for the transfer that the first name, last name, and birthdate match.
