Hello,

I ordered a contract SIM and I guess the delivery address is wrong because I have not received it.

I got an email about the activation but I do not have my SIM, how can I change the delivery address or verify if it is correct? I prefer to do it online because I do not speak German and all hotlines answer in German. Also because later I will also be receiving an equipment.

Additionally, I am trying to download the O2 App but I guess it has regional lock and I can’t download.

Is it for a Prepaid contract or Postpaid? If it is for Prepaid, the SIM is free and you can order it right away.

welcome to our English community. I regret that you did not yet receive the SIM-card. 

 

Is it for a new contract or was it only an exchange sim-card for an existing contract?

 

I will write you a private message via @o2_Support so that I can check your contact address and what happened to your sim-card. lease reply there to my request. 

 

Is your name mentioned on your letter-box?

I just had a look in your data now. I see a sim-card-exchange on 7th January 2021. 

 

Is therefore everything clarified now?

Yes, I received the SIM card and activated it.

I made an Order. On Monday for a phone and which i think I ordered a sim but I already have one just wanted to use my same number.. but then I received and email saying my sim has been given to deutch post for delivery. But now the problem is before I ordered my name is not on the door post yet.My landlord was supposed to do that this past Wednesday I just called him and he said he is not in town but will be in town by next Friday before the delivery of my phone as it says on  the website phone that the phone I ordered will be available in 2-3weeks time.. I cannot change the delivery address of the sin card or be sent to a deutch post office that i can pick up because there is no tracking number , is there any solution to this? 
I really don’t need the sim Because I want to continue using the one I already have..

But the same time is there a solution to this?


And also any idea  when  my phone will be delivered?

At the moment it doesn't sound like you've just ordered a device, but a new contract to go with it. Please check the documents that were sent to you by email! If in doubt, you should initiate a revocation:
