SIM card not deliverd

Hello,

 

I have orderd a new SIM card before,but it's not deliverd yet.

Then, I noticed the address that I enterd when I ordered was incorrect.

Now I modified it so could you redeliver it to the new address?

In addiction, today I received the e-mail, which says the SIM card wii be activated. But I haven't received it yet, so I'd like you to cancel the activation once. 

I hope to get a new SIM card soon.

Hello @ATSU, welcome at our community.

Is it for a Prepaid contract or Postpaid? If it is for Prepaid, the SIM is free and you can order it right away.
