Dear team,

I have my monthly bills of o2 sim and my iPhone installments have to pay. I have changed main bank account and also changed my bank account for the o2 payment at my a o2 shop but still o2 is trying to take money from my old account and it costs me extra fine. How I can change my bank account in another way. Any help will be much appreciated

where both the bank account for the contract and the iPhone changed, these are charged separately and would have to be changed individually. If that was the case, it could also be the case that by the time the change happened the process for the next debit had already been underway with the old account data, in which case this was unfortunate timing, but wouldn’t happen again in the future.

unfortunately, o2 is trying to take money every month and they failed to deduct, then I’ll get a message that I’ve to pay. So, I’m paying like that every month like bank transfer and that is kind of disgusting. Can I go to o2 shop and change it.?

Have you already changed/adjusted the account details for both contracts? I can't quite read that out of your answer.
You can easily change your bank details in your My o2 portal. Have you already done this?
