I am trying to cancel my internet contract as I will be leaving Germany in the following days, but I got asked for a “4-digit personal customer code” which I am not able to find. How should I proceed?

What kind of contract do you want to cancel?
If it is a mobile contract, then please use the form for cancelation while moving abroad.
Or do you want to cancel a DSL fixed Line contract. Please have a look at our article about how to do a canelation while moving abroad.
