Cannot activate sim card via the freischalten.o2.de site

Hi, 

I’ve been trying to register my new prepaid sim card via the website freischalten.o2.de but unable to do so. I always keep getting an error message “The address entered has not been recognized. Please enter it again.” 

I don’t know how to solve this but I’m absolutely sure that I’ve entered my address correctly. I’ve also tried registering via a different browser and even with my mobile browser but I get the same error message.

Any help will be appreciated.

Did you maybe move into a brand new building where also the address exists since a short period?
