Hi Tobias,
Yes I have read his guide. I cannot access the homespot by visiting the URL printed on the router. It is just returning a 404 error in the browser.
Hello @berlinhomeoffice
are the LED’s blinking red on “WLAN” (Repeater-Modus)?
Best regards,
Michi
Hi @o2_Michi !
Nope no red lights. Everything is lit as it should be and internet is working. Its simply 2 problems:
- The ping/latency is so severe that I cannot to video calls. This is the key issue. Download speed is fine.
- The URL to access the router (02.homespot) or even 192.168.1.1 don’t work in any browser on any computer on my network. No VPN being used either.
Best,
Adnaan
Hi @berlinhomeoffice,
thanks for your feedback.
I understand that you are not happy that you cannot use videoconferencing properly.
In order to check that with our technical department, I have just written a private message to you via @o2_Support. Please reply there as soon as possible so that we can forward that issue to our technicians.
Can you please let me know which videoconferencing-tool you use?
Concerning your 2nd question that you cannot open o2.spot, please try to download the following file: Download this file
Please check also the information under O2 HomeSpot in Betrieb nehmen und nutzen.
I hope that this suggestion is already of help to you.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
