Dear Sir / Madam.
I ordered an iPhone 13 with a contract yesterday and received it.
However, it seems that another iPhone 13 is coming.
I only ordered ONE iPhone 13, why is that?
Also, a customer center employee called me and said that he canceled my contract and that I have to sign a new contract.
I think the guy didn't cancel properly and I signed the contract which costs €46.49.
Actually I don't speak German, but the guy tried to speak English because I asked him to.
Maybe there was a language mistake with the man, he did not speak English apparently.
I will send the another one back and would appreciate it very much if you solve this problem.
