Hello,

I ordered an additional SIM card for the wrong contract.
I want to cancel it and order an additional SIM card for the correct contract.
Is it possible to cancel the SIM card order?

Today I spoke to a customer service employee about cancellation of additional SIM card. They informed me that additional SIM card orders were cancelled. 

Unfortunately today evening I got messge from O2 saying that 5 different SIM cards were sent to me.

 

Is it possible to cancell all of these SIM cards?

But no answer so far.

No. Sim cards were sent yesterday. I did not received them. Or I did not activate them on o2online.

i see that you have already been in contact with the customer service colleagues again and that all the sim cards sent so far have been canceled.
Have you been able to order a replacement sim card or a multicard for the right contract in the meantime?
In this case we cannot send a sim card, please contact Customer Care again if you still need a new sim card. You can also order this via the contact form.
