Hi, 

I’m trying to cancel the direct debit order for my number as now I prefer to pay it by myself. I have already cancel the direct debit with my bank but can’t find any function on mein o2 to cancel. Now I got charged 4 euros for missing debit but I did pay on time in the last bill :-(

Please help.

if you want to cancel the direct debit it’s possible via customer service. In case you want us (here in the community) to cancel it, just send us a message and we will ask for your customer data via private message.

I cancelled the direct debit for the prepaid card. So you can recharge credit any time you want.

hi @o2_Manga I hope i am in the right place to ask. PLease could you help canceling my direct debit? and also cancel that minus on my account. Its is now -26,37 € and earlier today i also lost 15 euros by charging my sim with 15 euros that i borrowed from someone else . They kindly helped me so that i have data on my phone and because i did not know that i have minus on my card, these borrowed 15 euros are gone. Not fair! PLease can i get this 15 euros refunded ?

and @o2_Manga why i was even signed for a direct debit? i havent asked for it because i am am not able to pay regularly. i am jobless. what is the solution please? thank you for understanding!
