I’m trying to cancel the direct debit order for my number as now I prefer to pay it by myself. I have already cancel the direct debit with my bank but can’t find any function on mein o2 to cancel. Now I got charged 4 euros for missing debit but I did pay on time in the last bill :-(
Please help.
