I would like to cancel two o2 prepaid contracts that I have with O2 but there is such option on Mein O2 and I cannot call the support service since I’m another country.
Could you help me with this process?

I regret that you like to cancel 2 of your prepaid-cards. May I ask you for the reason for your decision?
A written cancellation is not really necessary, as your prepaid-cards will be cancelled automatically after a certain time if you do not top-up your card.
Please make sure that you do not have any charged packs on your card if you do not want to use your prepaid cards.
If you still have a certain credit, please use this form: Transfer of credit to your personal bank-account
We will then transfer the remaining credit of your prepaid-cards to your personal bank-account.
