Cancel automatic top-up

Hello,

I have two requests which I cannot seem to fix myself through the app:

  • I would like to cancel the automatic topup and from now on only top-up the account whenever I need to. I still have some money in so right now it’s not necessary.
  • In my “Verbrauchs-Check” I have two active accounts, “Prepaid S” and “Prepaid Data L”. This doesn’t mean that the Prepaid S will also automatically be rebought at the end of the month right? I only want the Prepaid Data L which should be active already.

Hi!

 

To cancel automatic top-up: Enter this page in Mein o2 and remove all checkmarkers. And than press “Speichern” (Save) on bottom: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/automatische-aufladung

 

To stop automatic renewing of any package: In Mein o2 (Browser) press “Abbestellen” )Cancel) beside the o2 my Prepaid S package (Cancel) an then select “Zum Laufzeitende” (cancel at the end of term),

If you use the Mein o2 App then press “Details” beside the o2 my Prepaid S and cancel the package to the end of term (Laufzeitende)
