I can login on the website but on the app i get error..

welcome to our community.
Please delete the app data in the settings (Android) or close the app completely in the task menu (iOS) instead of just swiping it away. Then download the app again from your app store and reinstall it completely.
For the login in the my o2 app, please use the phone number and not the email address, if you have used it so far.
