I regret the inconveniences that you had. But you are right, the order for the device Huawei P30 Lite NE in black was rejected internally. Also the sim-card with the tariff “o2 Free S Kombi” was rejected.
Therefore, you received your prepayment back.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer you any solution to get another contract with o2 at the moment.
I hope that you understand our decision.
