Hi,

I would like to give feedback on your service and also have some questions. Can oyu give me an email address where I can put the complaint? It s bout the service I have received (or the lack of it) and also about my bills. I do not want to call to the English speaking service line, they tell me they cannot help and transfer me to Finance department, where they say they do not speak English and cannot help. Well, I need help! Also visited three stores in Berlin but did not receive the help regarding the bills. What you want me to do?

Hi, so you seriously do not have email address? I can try to call tomorrow again then. The problem was that I was not able to buy internet because some billing problem. Now I am not luckily your customer anymore since this has been the worst service I have ever received. However, I have to continue complaining because I received a bill where my monthly subscription has been invoiced twice. Maybe some mistake because I had to call and ask for it from approximately 15 people? However I am not going to pay for the one month internet other than only once of course. Can you fix the bill? Thanks.

I'm sorry you had such trouble with your complaint. I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our customer service has already arranged for a refund of the overcharged fees. The refund will be transferred back to your account.
