I accidentally cancelled my 02 pepaid L contract when trying to also add a larger pack. I still had a lot of data left and would like it available. I tried calling, but received no help. Is there a way to get my contract back?

From a technical point of view, everything went correctly. You deactivated one pack and booked your other pack and also confirmed this with the contract summary.
Of course, it's annoying for you that you now have to pay for the pack in full for the five days you used it.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the prepaid L pack because it has already been used.
