5G not working

I have 5G in my contract and tried every tip and trick online and still don't have 5G service when my friends do. What do I need to do to fix it.

Hey @Blackbus and @LJ9600,

is your question about 5G Plus? You have to activate the option via "Mein o2" oder in the o2 App.

You have tried your SIM card in their mobile ?

I have the iPhone 15 pro max.

They get 5G

I haven't gotten 5G at all since my contract started. 

I've tried trading SIM cards and i get 5G with theirs but not mine.

I've tried multiple Sim cards and I get 5G but whenever they use mine they only get 4G LTE or EDGE
