5G-connection cannot be activated


Hello, 

I have problem with 5G network connection on my I phone 13 mini. I’ve turned on all what’s necessary on my phone and in app is all 5G active, but still don’t have it (just LTE).

Can you help me to solve this?

Thanks for your message. 

I found out that the settings in our system for the 5G-connection are not correct. 

Therefore, I deactivated 5G for you today and will activate it again on Saturday (I have a free day on Friday). 

Do not worry, at the beginning of next week, you will certainly have 5G.

sometimes it takes a bit longer reactivating the option.
