Hi O2 Support,
I am xxxxxxxxxxxxphone number -017xxxxxxxxxxx15.
I have an O2 mobile contract for my above-mentioned phone number.
But for the last few months I have also been paying for another contract.
When I contact customer service, they say I have two contracts and O2 sent me a new sim card to my address.
When the customer service guy calls me for promotion, I tell him that I don’t need any new contracts or numbers.
When O2 charges me this bill on the first month, I already informed the O2 customer service and the person who talked with me on phone told me that he will escalate the issue and the amount will be refunded.
But still am paying this amount every month. If you check on your system, you can see that I never used the new number. And the letter which you sent was my old address.
I don’t need any new contracts or any number. I just need only one number which is – 017xxxxxxxxx15.
Please cancel my all-other contracts. I never ask for any new services.
I already informed this issue to O2 for many times ( both customer service and O2 Shops) but till now I don’t have replay from O2 and still am paying.
Please check the details and help me out.
