vertragsnummer und festneztnummer

Hello,

SO I need to know my ‘vertragsnummer’ and ‘festnetznummer’

when I search all they say is that I can find these on the bill

but then this is the only mail I used to get from o2, no other post or rechnung

I only know my kundennummer…

cannot even register with myo2 becauce I dont know this ‘festnetznummer’(?? I dont even know what that means)

just resend it. The conctract ID is not necessary to sign in for your DSL contract. Please use the landline number.

    The so called “Festnetznummer” is the landline number which can be found by calling your mobile phone from your DSL or you can take a look at your welcome letter sent by email.

    If you need it once again just let us know. We will resend it.

    no…. I cant find the welcome letter:cry:  can you resend it?
