Hi! 
The power button of my router is blinking and does not connect to the internet. How can I set up an appointment with a technician? My suspicion is that the cable is not properly connecting.

How unfortunate that your start with the new cable connection seems to be beginning with a problem.

In this case, a technician does indeed have to come, as schluej wrote. Have you been able to contact our English hotline already?

Our customer support will open a ticket and you will then be contacted directly by a technician to arrange an appointment.
