if 250 MBit/s is avaiable at your address, then we can change your contract over to the new my Home L with the corresponding speed, how exactly the price will end up as part of the offer I can’t say at this point, that depends on a number of factors. If you are not already using a router that offers Supervectoring, would you want to rent one from us? And finally but no less important, please ensure that the emailaddress that you have set in your “mein o2” is current, as any offer will be send there.

My router is a Fritzbox 7590 so I believe it has supervectoring. I also see that my address is capable of achieving the speed.

Hi I made an alternative thread asking something similar—when you change your package does the contract reset in terms of minimum time requirements? I have been on my current package (XL) long enough that I can end the contract at a months notice, however, if I change it to L or M, does it mean now I will have to keep the contract for 24 months minimum?
