Hello team,

I ordered Home L cable internet from O2. It will be activated on March 31st. I bought the modem myself. I received a mail from O2. The mail says that I have to send the Mac-address to O2 before the activation. When I go to O2`s website, when I want to add the mac-address, the page does not refresh.

 

How can I send mac-address?

Have you tried to send the Mac Adress via another browser?
